Malalcahuello is a small rural town aproximately 140 km (87 mi) from Temuco airport in the Araucanía region and 13 km from the Corralco ski centre. Between Malalcahuello and the ski centre there are many accommodation options, most somewhat cheaper than Corralco.
The type of accommodation most abundant are cabins which have the benefit of independence and a feeling of being at home; there are also hostel options, lodges and three hotels.
