Located at the northern gateway to Patagonia, we specialise in providing high quality, independent accommodation and low carbon footprint holidays in the area of Malalcahuello, Araucarias Biosphere Reserve, Araucanía region in the central-south of Chile.

Whilst being comfortable, spacious and very well insulated, the chalets are also close to all attractions in the zone, including: Volcano Lonquimay and ski field Corralco (8km), thermal baths (4km), National Parks Malalcahuello/Nalcas & Conguillio with endless opportunities for skiing, hikes of short and long distances, kayak, rafting, lake activities, canopy, bird watching, scenic drives and more.

We are the ideal base for some of the best skiing in Chile between July and mid September.  Corralco  is a quiet centre at the base of Volcano Lonquimay with some 26 pistes of varying levels. Those who love to get off the beaten track, have no end of routes for backcountry ski , splitboard or walking with snow shoes amongst ancient Monkey Puzzle trees. We have a private conservation reserve adjoining Conguillio National Park, ideal for spring backcountry and summer walking tours. Nature-based activities such as bird watching, cycling/MTB & kayaking, abound in the area surrounding the chalets.
